About
The New Learning Club on “Innovative STEAM education”of the ETF Community of Innovative Educators is a group of educators, managers and experts from different countries who work on a theme related to STEAM as a learning innovation for a defined period of time. Within the Clubs, participants share their practices and discuss how to improve their teaching approaches learning from each other.

Leaders
Medea Abramishvili is a Doctoral Researcher of STEM Education, Co-Founder of educational STEM/STEAM programms and kits developer company STEAMit · სთიმითი. Medea is a member of the National Center for Teacher Professional Development, contributing to the "Science Teaching Support Program" as STEM trainer. As the ambassador of the European Training Foundation in Georgia, she initiated a study on the effectiveness of STEM clubs in the country. Ambassador of Scientix in Georgia.
Merab Labadze is Adjunct Professor of the MPA program at Ilia State University, the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, teaching course in Innovation and Technology in Public Administration and e-Governance. Merab is a co-founder (2010) and director of Innovation Education Foundation – a leading NGO in Georgia aiming at capacity development and innovation in digital and technology education.

On November 19th the ETF Community of Innovative Educators organised the thematic webinar “Low-tech, High impact STEAM: the journey and the final output of the New Learning Club on innovative STEAM". The event was an important moment where the results of the work of the ETF New Learning Club on STEAM Innovation have been presented to the overall Community.
