On the 30th of April a brand new initiative of the ETF Community of Innovative Educators has been launched: the "Innovative STEAM Education", the first Learning Club to be run in 2024! This club gathers about 75 members from ETF partner countries. They will work together during the next six month on a joint outcome.
Objective
The participants of this New Learning Club will have the chance to bring their ideas and discuss about topics as stimulating the students' curiosity and enthusiasm in scientific and technological subjects, developing the ability to apply creativity and critical thinking in young people, and improving young people's access to high-quality STEAM education.
The Club gathers educators who apply INNOVATIVE TEACHING METHODS in teaching STEAM subjects, with the objective to SHARE PRACTICES and to produce a PRACTICAL OUTCOME for the whole Community.
Possible outcomes
Collection of STEAM teaching practices with low-tech and high impact
Innovative STEAM playbook/ toolkit (guidelines and scenarios)
