Based on a rapid assessment of education needs and emerging responses in ninety eight countries, 10 from ETF partner countries:...
Dear Lida,
I assume that you are already working on it, but I would say that producing this kind of emergency response strategies to guide ETF partner countries in the major areas of intervention of ETF should be the priority right now. The report you refer to leads the way in this respect.
Dear Ivan,
Thank you for your follow up with suggestion for ETF. Yes ETF is following closely the situation in each of our Partner Countries, through the active searching and reaching out made by our staff members. ETF is strengthening its engagement through digital and on-line tools and is launching also some new actions to understand the impact of the COVID-19 crisis on the education and training systems and what can be done in order to facilitate the post-crisis delivering modes, including within the framework of EU external assistance. Please see here the link https://www.etf.europa.eu/en/news-and-events/news/coping-covid-19-eu-ne… to the first results of the initial mapping of education and training responses to the health crisis in ETF partner countries. Weekly updates will be made available on our website.
We encourage all our partners to provide their developments, follow up policy and actions- whatever consider we can all learn from/adapt to. Best regards Lida
