In the situation of the global health crisis caused by COVID19, unlike the majority of countries, Belarus has decided to avoid the measures of the full lockdown.
And still some education providers decide to go for the distance learning.
As we've heard recently from 312, the schools themselves can take the initiative and transform their teaching and learning processes, and go digital. And, as incredible as it can sound, this #transformation literally happens overnight (here is the full story: https://openspace.etf.europa.eu/blog-posts/school-distance-learning-cas…).

But #COVID19 or not, #Belarus is a very interesting country from the point of view of education and training. The #unemployment rate is low, the #underachievers are very few, NEET's rate (people not in education, employment or training is very low) is low.

So does Belarus has a fully functioning education and training system? What is the #recipee?
