Dear Maria,
Sorry to play the spoiler, but in the field of skills matching, like in love relationships, there is no "perfect match", and even less so in the era of lifelong learning, ever-changing work skills requirements and precarious jobs...So I think that it would be more appropriate and instructive to refer to "skills matching process". Since it is not an spontaneous process -I would be tempted to stretch the analogy to couples too....-, it is crucial to stress the importance of "skills-jobs matching tools" (kind of Tinder for skills matching....). Not to forget either that the starting point (the ETF's tag) is "skills mismatch", so today is a good day to start the (steep) way up to skills-jobs reconciliation... And given that we all know that it is a collective endeavour, I would go as far as to celebrate for Valentine's day the "skills matching" community, rather than an exclusive love between skills and jobs...(even if I am not sure thiw would work for personal love relations :-) Of course I know that you are fully aware of all this, but I thought it was important to mark the point....Happy Valentine!
