Training Needs Analysis in Georgia
In 2016, Enterprise Georgia launched a pilot project with the intent to assess two selected industries of Georgian economy: hospitality industry (accommodations sector) and paper/paper processing/printing and publishing. With support of the ETF and their international expert, the agency developed in-house skills to implement the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) survey through using exclusively internal resources. The TNA project implemented by Enterprise Georgia entails collection of quantitative data through the surveys and qualitative data through focus groups consisting of participants from private sector, associations / BSOs and education sector.
