A new resource for career guidance professionals

 

In 2019, Cedefop launched a new web-based resource for guidance professionals. The resource is user-friendly and is structured in three main blocks:

  • What kind of LMI skills do you need?

Tools:

25 case studies; compare case studies; countries; recommendations for ICT-based practice; decision making tool; advanced search.

 The training modules have been developed from best practices across Europe (ICT and LMI in Lifelong Guidance Case Studies). The overall objective is not to teach ICT skills, but to share “lessons learned” and address some of the challenges facing managers and guidance practitioners in implementing such practices.
