Communicating the qualifications framework to users: a condition for NQF sustainability
Do NQF work for the people? Are NQFs becoming integral part of the language of education and training, of employers’ human resource management, and of individuals’ career orientation?
Debate on the benefits and rationale of investments in developing NQFs has often been related with the question of (lack of) visibility of NQFs for end-users. The qualifications frameworks authorities that care are aware of this tension.
