The aim of the national register of professional qualifications is to provide persons and companies with constantly up-to-date information on professional and vocational qualifications. It helps to facilitate access to employment, human resources management and professional mobility

Qualifax is Ireland’s National Learners’ Database. It is the "one stop shop" for learners. It provides comprehensive information on further and higher education and training courses in Ireland

The Integrated Qualifications Register (IQR) is a public register with information on qualifications awarded in Poland. The Register currently includes information about full qualifications, i.e. those obtained in the general, vocational or higher education system. However, the Register will soon include also partial qualifications, primarily market ones, which can be obtained outside the formal education system.

The Portuguese Catalogue of Qualifications is managed by ANQEP, and its webportal is rich in information for various users’ groups: on VET qualifications, units of learning outcomes, legislation, novelties and cases. Interactions with stakeholders regarding the need for new and for revised qualifications and units of learning outcomes are possible via the connected portal of the NQF.
