As part of a short study visit in Turin, the Palestinian delegation from the Ministry of Labour visited the famous incubator in Turin, I3P which belongs to the Politecnico di Torino. I3P won a price for best public incubator in the world and they are willing, in the future to coach Palestinian mentors.
Yes certainly, but let's base starting such programmes on a demand and on opportunities for adults who will take such courses. Another question is who will pay for the development and execution of such courses. Last month, the Lifelong Learning Platform in response to the Commission's Education and Training Monitor expressed concern about the ever-lower investment in education in EU Member States. LLP states that countries should invest more and that society and other organizations should become more involved in schools and education.
Who knows of concrete examples of short forms of initial or post-secondary VET for adults? How is it organised and who pays for it?
