The decree about the qualification framework has been accepted in Uzbekistan in May 2020( https://lex.uz/ru/docs/-4814154). But unfortunately, it is mostly a table which looks like an existed system of education, in which there is no link to the employment system yet. But of course, it is mentioning as the line of the Ministries as a responsible organization in realization of the decree. But as we know it takes time which would cover some good and bad practices as different developing...
Thanks Iwona for launching this fascinating discussion. I truly believe that platform work will become more and more relevant everywhere, including in ETF partner countries. It is also a powerful way to have real ‘jobs without borders’, therefore offering incredible opportunities.
I also think about groups of people who are traditionally excluded from the market: platform work could become the instrument for their inclusion, assuming that they are equipped with the right skills to grasp this opportunity.
