Hello All, It is my pleasure to have the opportunity to be in this professional network, I am sorry to be that late to the party, I had some travel around.
Well, I am Amira Samy, from Cairo, Egypt. I came from a long HR background for the past 20 years, I have been in working for different local and multinational domains with a special focus and passion for L& D and talent management. within the past five years, I decided to quit corporate life and focus on HR consulting including training delivery and design, OD, and psychometric assessment. I am also a certified psychometric assessor by SHL- CEB and Hogan, and I am really enjoying what I am doing now. I am currently working with many organizations as a part-time consultant, among which is the American University in Cairo as an HR management instructor and I also work as a senior learning designer for Aula Education UK.
