As for what works with NEETs during the online training, it is always to make it as interesting as possible (which we try to do by adding to our ZOOM meeting tools like Mentimeter, Padlet, etc). We pay attention to the icebreaking activities at the beginning. The attendees like to get practical advice as to how to reply to the most common question of an interview for a job or a Masters, how to structure their CV, etc. Also, we respect the fact that not everybody is ready to be exposed on camera; some people need time before doing so and some opt not to do it at all.
About the Open Badges, we are going to share some lessons learned but we are going to need a little more time for that.
