Micro credentials – ETF joins the discussion
You will have noticed that micro credentials are an emerging issue. There have already been several blogs on this community, as they rise up the qualifications agenda. Their availability and take-up is growing.
ETF is now getting involved. So far we have mainly observed developments, but are now moving to engage in the issue, so that we can get a grip on the topic, to better advise our partners.

Indeed @Margareta, it's worth sharing the lessons learned by the CSOs in #Ukraine throughout the pandemic.
At first, these CSOs have learned to adapt their activities to the new circumstances.
They also learned lessons of value in the long-term, for example to innovate their services, to motivate staff members and volunteers, and to increase their expertise.
More than half of the respondent CSOs discovered the importance of cooperating with other organisations, of offering new services, attracting additional funds. They report to have improved their organisational skills as well as internal processes, and understood the needs of new beneficiary groups.
So, innovation, motivation, organisational development and building up expertise became key long-term takeaways for the surveyed organisations.
