What I like the most is when teachers are allowing students to teach them. There are a lot of areas where students can shine! Giving the floor to students and letting them teach the teachers is extremely empowering for them. At the same time it is showing by doing the necessity and importance of LLL. This is a win-win situation: teachers learn some, usually technical, skill and students learn from teachers behavior.
