السلام عليكم ،
شكرا أستاذ سفيان على المقالة و على الحجج المقدمة .
لدي تساؤل فقط هو حول الفرق المهول الذي سينتجه الإعتماد على بعض التقنيات المتقدمة بين المجتمعات المتقدمة و "دول العالم الثالث"
فهل برأيك ستساعد هذه التقنيات في تقليص الفجوة أم توسيعها ؟
و هل ستكون دولنا العربية على إستعداد لكل هذه التغييرات المفاجئة نوع ما (خصوصا فيما يتعلق بالموارد البشرية المؤهلة)؟
