I think that in the case of recording simply a lecture we enlarge the audience and make our training more inclusive by new learning environment. As for me, it is an innovation of level 1. We need to differentiate levels of innovation in education as it has been already done in buiness management. For instance, we can use the standard like BS 7000 and make our own interpretation of innovation levels.

Albania has referenced the Albanian Qualifications Framework to the EQF
Albania has referenced as the 36th country its qualifications framework to the EQF.
This morning the referencing report was presented and discussed in the EQF Advisory Group.
Overall, there was a lot of praise for a clear and well structured report that explained in detail how the EQF levels and those of the national framework are linked, how learning outcomes are used in qualifications and beyond in validation,...
