Commencing in the year 2018, Moldova has made relatively good progress towards fulfilling the strategic objectives on VNFIL. Dear Vera, It's wonderful to see that you have arranged VNIFL by means of national regulatory framework. I really envy :))) In Russia, I don't know how to unify approaches - too many players in eduaction and labour market.
