coming back to our discussion that took place several days ago about the future of the labor market (here is the link to it - https://openspace.etf.europa.eu/post/210),
I'd like to share with you the results of the survey ETF did in 2018 (the one that Iwona Ganko mentioned in one of her comments) on the future of work and skills.
94% of respondents believe their job/area of study will exist in the future. and at the same time 77% is ready to change occupation.

Hi 500 , indeed it takes quite some time, but what if you would get more help, more time, more resources to change your occupation, would the transition be quicker?
Certainly, I'd like to underline only that to become qualified in some area you need, for instance, one year or two by getting a Master's award. To become skulfull you need more time, and to upskill to being an expert - I need 10 years.
