Dear Margareta, glad to see this work ongoing. Indeed, as mentioned above, CSOs can play a crucial role in improving the quality and effectiveness of public policies in HCD and promoting appropriate resources management. This was indeed part of the findings of the previous survey conducted by the ETF (prior the pandemic) on the role of CSOs in VET policy cycle, covering seven countries of the Southern and Eastern Mediterranean region. In the attached page there are some findings in a nutshell. Looking forward to the outcome of this current survey!

Thank you very much for your critical remark. However, the standards will be developed for EU countries (that's why the name) and it is part of ETFs mandate to provide policy advice and support policy learning. A European M&E framework can be a very useful tool for policy learning to design a national context-fit M&E system in parnter countries.
