Hello everybody! We are a small reseach center inside the Russian Presidential Academy (our web site https://firo.ranepa.ru/). I can devide our research ares into two main parts - macro outlook on VET and qualifications system and methodological aspects of education. Amoung our first area we are conducting different researches as human capital investments in VET, VET taxonomy, apprenticeship programmes and the best practices, VET strategy and scenarios, statistic indicatos et al. We also form the Tourino process report from 2014. In methodological shpere we are developing educational standards, mentoring programmes, enterpreneurial education, digital didactics, career guidance techniques, learning textbooks and manuals assesment and other tasks. We are also studying foreign best practices and systems of apprenticeship programmes, non-formal and informal education results assesment, skills anticipation.
We are looking forward to an intrnational cooperation in the field of VET studies. If you need some information on Russian VET system we are always disposed to help you!

The tool is impressive! It goes beyond usual governance tools, review of institutional setting, etc. We integrated different governance indicators that measure actual quality in policy design and practice in VET. The tool's key feature is that it is adapted to be a self-assessment instrument of governance in VET in partner countries.
