- Ширин Муканбетовой, Исполнительным директором Кыргызской Ассоциации разработчиков программного обеспечения. Ширин разработала проргамму по обучению...
Дискуссия была очень интересной. Алима, Ширин и Азизджон рассказали о своей работе в области развития цифровых навыков у учащихся школ, студентов и преподавателей – интересно было узнать об их наработках, разных перспективах, видении будущего. Любопытно было услышать их мнение о таких вопросах, как формирование необходимых навыков у преподавателей, возможности трудоустройства для выпускников с навыками в инновационных сферах (либо создание этих возможностей и рынка труда самими выпускниками), а также как цифровые навыки вписываются в более обширную картину экономического развития и конкурентоспособности. If you cross the EU's various competence frameworks, LifeComp, EntreComp, Digicomp with the Key Competences for lifelong learning, you get something close to this....
What is clearly missing from this is foreign language and intercultural skills, which are very much key competences for the global world we are living in.
