Report "A road to excellence - International Networking on VET excellence and centres of vocational excellence for co-creating ecosystems"

This publication reflects the joint work of the ETF Network for Excellence (ENE) and its international partners from 2021–2024. It highlights how Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs) contribute to stronger VET systems and skills ecosystems through shared learning, partnerships, and best practices.

Based on research, analysis, and collaboration, the report brings together experiences from ENE members, VET providers, and global partners. Across eight chapters, it explores lessons learned, examples of excellence, and how CoVEs put policies into practice at national, regional, and international levels.
