Young Leaders Development Project (YLDP) is a youth project that aims at supporting the young people of Uzbekistan to develop their leadership and interpersonal skills and community involvement. It is established under the Uzbekistan Teachers of English Association (UzTEA) and 2015 supported by Mahorat and Management as a partner organization as a systematic way of support of English speaking young nation. .
