Hello everyone!
I am from Albania. I am an economics and tourism teacher in a professional high school. The challenges of professional education in Albania are relatively big. I believe that in the following days we will exchange various types of information, which will help us in our jobs.
Hi everyone and thank you 100 for the welcome!
I work as International Development Manager and Marketing Manager at the worldwide non-profit association called EUROPEN-PEN International and its Coordination Center is located in Essen, Germany. The aim of our international network is to help education and training organisations in participating countries to deliver training in business and entrepreneurship skills through the unique Practice Enterprise methodology ‘learning-by-doing’.
A Practice Enterprise is a trainee-run company that operates like a real business. It silhouettes a real enterprise's business procedures, products and services. A Practice Enterprise resembles a real company in its form, organisation and function. Today, EUROPEN-PEN International administers a worldwide network of over 7,000 Practice Enterprises (PEs) in schools, universities, vocational training institutions, companies and training centres in more than 40 countries around the world. Over 200,000 trainees train in PEs each year. There are Central Offices in each country that administer the national Practice Enterprises.
We are always looking for new partners, collaborations and knowledge exchanges to further develop our concept and share our experience with colleagues.
I am looking forward to seeing where this forum can bring us all and learning more about everyone's work and goals.
Best wishes,
Svenja
