This is a very timely and important topic. It would be interesting to explore how AI can be integrated into teaching in a way that is both practical and responsible. In particular, discussions could focus on how teachers can use AI tools for lesson design, feedback, and student engagement, while also addressing challenges such as assessment integrity and ethical use. Another relevant area is building AI literacy for both teachers and students, helping them understand not only how to use these tools, but also their implications. It could also be valuable to share real classroom examples of AI use, including what works and what doesn’t, as well as institutional approaches to implementing AI in schools and universities

This is a really inspiring area. It would be great to explore how STEAM can go beyond technical skills and help students develop creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving. I think it would also be useful to look at practical and affordable ways to implement STEAM, especially in schools with limited resources. Another interesting angle could be connecting STEAM learning more closely to real-life challenges, such as sustainability or local industry needs, to make it more meaningful for students. It would also be nice to see more concrete classroom examples and projects, as well as ideas on how to make STEAM more inclusive and accessible for different groups of learners.

The TPD Club is a very valuable space for exchange. It would be interesting to explore how we can move from one-off trainings to more continuous, practice-based teacher development, such as peer learning, mentoring, and school-based approaches. Another important area is understanding what actually works in TPD, especially how to measure its real impact on teaching and student outcomes. The role of AI in supporting teachers — for example in lesson planning, feedback, and reflection — could also be a relevant topic. In addition, discussing micro-credentials and more flexible upskilling pathways for teachers, as well as approaches to inclusion and preparing teachers for diverse classrooms, would be very useful. Finally, strengthening the link between teacher professional development and labour market needs, particularly in TVET, could add strong practical value. It would also be great to include more real examples and cases from different countries to keep the discussions grounded and applicable.
