Methodology

The ETF started to appraise the role of civil society organisations (CSOs) in implementing vocational skills in 2015. The first milestone was the knowledge exchange about the CSOs role in the vocational education and training (VET) policy cycle; the second was the survey of CSOs in selected countries in the South and East of the Mediterranean; and the third is the survey on the response of CSOs to the Covid19 pandemic.

The following document presents the methodology that the ETF elaborated to survey CSOs activities related to non-formal and informal learning and support to employment, and their response to the Covid19 pandemic. The survey was carried out in six countries.
