The ETF Network for Excellence (ENE) – your partner on the journey to vocational excellence
Since 2020, ENE has been at the forefront of connecting institutions, sparking powerful partnerships, sharing cutting-edge best practices, and shaping policies that accelerate skills development and reform.
What began as an ambitious vision has evolved into a global network, it now brings together Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs), VET providers and cooperation partners across over 50 countries.

GET INVOLVED IN A CO-CREATION PROCESS
ENE provides a collaborative space where members can contribute their expertise through joint actions, see an example of a co-designed workshop delivered at the Forum of Vocational Excellence showcasing real-life cases and identifying the key elements of a meaningful digital transition in VET centres.
CREATE IMPACTFUL PARTNERSHIPS
Connect with VET institutions, industries, and policymakers, social partners to create impactful collaborations. Strengthen long-term partnerships that help sustain reform. ENE actively collaborates in international initiatives, including the Community of Practice of Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoP CoVEs). As part of this collaboration, ENE participates in the annual Forum on Vocational Excellence, where representatives from CoVEs across Europe convene to exchange experiences, share best practices and co-create solutions to common challenges.
How ENE supports its members?
ENE integrates key tools from the EU-funded Internationalising vocational excellence (IntVe) project to help members strengthen their global reach and impact:
- ISATCOVE, a self-assessment tool to benchmark and improve international best practices.
- The Committed to Excellence certificate, with inclusion in the registry of certified vocational excellence providers.
- Vocational Excellence e-library, including case studies, toolkits, learning resources and publications addressing the different areas of vocational excellence.
- IntVE Knowledge Packages, highlighting how to develop successful partnerships.
- A Cookbook on Vocational Excellence, inspiring a tailored approach to achieving vocational excellence
By leveraging these tools, ENE members can enhance education quality, achieve international recognition, and drive excellence in vocational training.
