The most pressing issues were discussed about how to make friendship, how to cooperate, how to compete with artificial intelligence (AI) in education. We notice the presence of more and more elements of AI in our life and especially in education: our gadgets, our computers, the Internet, distance learning, etc. Do machine learning, the virtual environment, robots make us more successful as teachers, and how is it all perceived by the society? Experts from Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Latvia and Tajikistan took part in our discussion, bachelors of the Russian State Vocational Pedagogical University - future VET teachers also took part in the round table and students from Turkmenistan as well.

The conclusions were not simple. If before the pandemic, many teachers neglected online learning and other ways of interaction between an intellectual machine and a person, then in October 2021, many of them simply became apologists for the use of AI in education, moreover, to a certain extent becoming the conductors of the massive spread of AI, contributing to its early promotion into the education system. Another part of teachers, who are not opponents of AI in education, tries to figure out how to set up interaction so that AI becomes an assistant not only in broadcasting an ever-increasing amount of knowledge and skill simulatopn, but in strengthening empathic interaction with a student, developing creativity and other soft skills.

The conversation turned out to be not general, the overall conclusion comes down to the fact that we live in a new reality, and we need collaboration with AI so that it learns to cover us in weak spots, and we ourselves do not lose our empathy and humanity.
