The curricula and training can be used for staff working in Work Integration Social
Enterprises (WISEs). The decision to keep these three specialised curricula separate
for the target groups was taken during the first phase of curriculum development.
The curricula can be divided in:
• Enablers
• Supporters
• Workers with Support Needs
