This Report describes the MATES project Sustainability and Long-Term Action Plan. This document is the consolidation of the project results and intelligence obtained from workshops with experts, Delphi questionnaires, desktop studies and surveys and the development of eleven Pilot Experiences.The Sustainability Roadmap and Long-Term Action Plan consists of a blueprint of actionable steps for the practical application of the Skills Strategy. The MATES project is supporting its implementation with the Columbus project methodology for Knowledge Transfer, and has set out 23 plans addressed at boosting the capitalizaton of results beyond the project life at national, regional and EU level.
Special endeavours are being addressed to underpin the roll-out by the large scale partnerships launching the Pact for Skills in the Shipbuilding and the Offshore Renewable Energies industrial ecosystems.
