Creative FLIP stands for Finance, Learning, Innovation and Intellectual Property Rights for the Cultural and Creative Sectors and Industries (CCSI). The project currently runs until 2026. Building on the achievements and lessons learned of its Pilot Phase (2019-2021) and Preparatory Phase (2021-2024), the consortium continues to organize activities supporting the CCSI actors by increasing their long-term resilience and preparing them to tackle future disruptions and transformation processes.

Its comprehensive approach involves research, collaborative transformation policy recommendations (green, digital, democratic), pooling of information and resources, peer learning, innovative actions in key areas such as Finance, Learning, Working conditions, Innovation, and Intellectual Property Rights. This guide is for those working in the cultural or creative sectors and who are looking for finance. This guide addresses the challenges faced when looking for finance, such as, understanding the financial jargon used by bankers, investors, the possible types of finance you or your organisation can access, how to approach financiers and what you can bring to the table to convince them to finance your organisation or project.  With this tool, we will help you to:


Better understanding the language used by financiers;
Gain an overview of the different types of finance you can access or that are most suitable for you, depending on:
• the reason(s) you are looking for money,
• your values and what you can bring to the table of financiers,
• your legal structure,
