An identification of the relevant occupational profiles and their needed skills in Energy Efficiency, Digitalisation and Circular Economy has been done at European and national levels. The comparative research being carried out has allowed to identify the relationship of skill gaps to job profiles and provides a series of recommendations concerning the selection of EU profiles as a subject of upskilling strategy, the presentation of European construction competence frameworks that are relevant to occupational profiles’ methodology and procedure, and the correlation of the European occupational profiles to skill demands of each country and in EU in general.
