Founded in March 2006 at Goethe University Frankfurt, Germany, they are dedicated to the development, dissemination, and application of innovative concepts, methods, and tools tailored to labour market analysis. The toolkit has useful tools for practitioners to help them utilise best practice approaches to labour market observatories and to understand the changing needs of the labour market and their role within it. It includes policy briefs, regional case studies, good practice and a literature review.
