The ADDUPT project – Addressing skills mismatching in the green sector through digital upskilling of VET – aims to reinforce the link between Vocational Education and Training (VET) and the green sector through a capacity building program, including workshops, digital resources and other learning activities and materials aimed at developing and enhancing the skills, knowledge, resources, and abilities of VET organisations. It gathers and analyses data on the technological, financial, and regulatory progress of the sector in the Western Balkans, focusing on how upcoming changes will affect the labour market, create new skills needs, and impact current professions.
