ENGIM Lombardia is committed to collaborating at the local level and with a global”outlook in the realisation of an integrated training system that guarantees a level of professional and cultural preparation useful for the active inclusion in society of young people with elementary and non-repeatable tasks and adults with specific and specialized tasks. Orientation and training activities use teaching methodologies centered on the figure of the educator, as “friend, brother and father” who can also make use of innovative multimedia tools and structured training directly at partner companies.
