Cezeri Green Technology Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, established in the 2017-2018 academic year, is named after the renowned scientist El Cezeri, who lived between 1133 and 1206. El Cezeri was a pioneering inventor who created machinery powered solely by water and mechanical components, making him one of the early innovators in renewable and green energy technologies.
The school was designed under the “Project on Promoting Energy Efficiency in Buildings in Turkey”, supported by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the Global Environment Facility (GEF), and offers specialized vocational programs in Renewable Energy Technologies and Electric-Electronic Technologies, equipping students with the skills and knowledge to excel in the fields of green technology and sustainable development.
