The Professional Training Center MAZZARELLO is a coeducational school established by the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians (Salesians of Don Bosco) in 2003 in Lukelenge/Source, Bena MPUANGA village. Its goal is to integrate young apprentices into the workforce. It is located in the province of Kasai – Oriental, Katanda territory, Nsangu Sector, Bakwa Ndaba group, Bena Mpuanga/Lukalenge village, near the BRASIMBA production company.
CFP MAZZARELLO organizes its programs in two cycles:
Short Cycle (Professional Cycle):
- Dressmaking and Tailoring
- Processing agricultural products and basic nutrition
- Agroforestry
Core Basic Education Terminal Cycle (CETB):
- 7th and 8th grades, formerly considered the orientation cycle.
Beyond these cycles, CFP Mazzarello provides short and professional three-month training courses in:
- Processing
- Agriculture (market gardening)
- Animal Husbandry (poultry and small livestock)
- Masonry
- Dressmaking and Tailoring
As an entrepreneurial school, CFP Mazzarello features School Enterprises and Income-Generating Activities (AGR).
