The Academy of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ASCCA), also known as the Azerbaijan Customs Academy (ACA), was established in 2012 and began operations in 2014.
It is a specialized public higher education institution accredited by the Ministry of Education, operating under the State Customs Committee. ASCCA offers bachelor's programs in Economics, Law, Information Security, and International Trade and Logistics, as well as master's programs in International Law, Customs Administration, and Criminal Law.
Beyond academic degrees, the academy serves as the national customs training institute, providing continuous professional development for customs officers through pre-service and in-service training, executive development programs, and internships. Additionally, ASCCA hosts the World Customs Organization Regional Training Center in Baku and leads the Baku Regional Office of the International Network of Customs Universities.
