This week at the school Herman Gmeiner IT school in Tirana has been successfully launched the pilot of the SELFIE in Albania involving 12 schools (https://ec.europa.eu/education/schools-go-digital_en).

The event gathered national stakeholders, international donors, school managers, teachers and a group of students to discuss about the use of technology in education and training, and to learn how the self-reflection tool SELFIE can help schools in this respect.

Below the family picture: the students are at the heart of the picture as they are at the heart of the SELFIE project, bringing fresh ideas and energy on how to get the most from technology in education and training.

Outcomes from the pilot will be discussed with the relevant national stakeholders, including the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance in early 2020.

To date, with the support of the ETF, SELFIE is in use in schools Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Kosovo and Turkey - #DigitalSkills&Learning.
