A presentation of the new project was held with representatives of the European Education Foundation.
Today, the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education hosted a meeting between Deputy Minister Sadokat Sidikova and representatives of the European Education Fund (EFF). During the meeting, representatives of the European Education Foundation presented a project entitled "DARYA".
It was attended by Deputy Minister of Higher and Secondary Special Education Sadokat Sidikova and senior officials of the Ministry, as well as Ian Kamming, European Education Fund Country Officer for Uzbekistan, and Christina Hemshemayer, European Education Fund Central Asia Coordinator.
Representatives of the European Education Fund noted the recent work on the development of vocational education in Uzbekistan.
After that, representatives of the European Education Foundation presented a project called "DARYA". In particular, it was noted that this project is of regional significance and is a concrete project consisting of 3 modules aimed at professional development, inclusive education, and vocational training. The project is designed for 5 years.
At the end of the talks, it was agreed that a detailed discussion of the project will be held on July 1 this year at the Institute of Pedagogical Innovations, Vocational Education Management and Retraining, and Advanced Training of Teachers, with the involvement of representatives of relevant ministries and departments.
