The conference Skills and Qualifications: Benefits for People is over but the discussion WILL continue on Open Space! ?
For the Toolkit, we were guided by these core questions:
➡️how do people know about skills and qualifications?
➡️What types of skills and qualifications do they need?  
➡️How do people acquire them?

During yesterday’s workshops and today discussions at the city of practice we reflected amongst many other subjects: how do countries need to change curricula, teaching and learning and guidance, so that people can benefit more from skills and qualifications.
We could also ask ourselves how our skills and knowledge can serve our countries, our youth, our communities better. What is our role in the skills ecosystem. Where do we fit and where do we stand is this changing world.
One thing is for sure: we are all under construction ? and me keep on learning all our lives! Thank for the amazing discussions, panels , coffee break fruitful conversations, interviews and for being so receptive about to Open Space. We hope we can continue collaborating actively and frequently!
