The decree about the qualification framework has been accepted in Uzbekistan in May 2020( https://lex.uz/ru/docs/-4814154). But unfortunately, it is mostly a table which looks like an existed system of education, in which there is no link to the employment system yet. But of course, it is mentioning as the line of the Ministries as a responsible organization in realization of the decree. But as we know it takes time which would cover some good and bad practices as different developing countries which is a normal situation of the evaluation. I am initiating to open discussion about creating one module of Research and Development Center based on the ETF Platform where we can discuss and try to find the possibilities of the right qualification framework assessment system which might be recognized within the partner countries of ETF.
