This webinar will discuss the impact of the current disruptions on youth, training and development and access to the labour market.

For this webinar, GAN has invited young people, apprentices, working students and employees from around the world to share how COVID-19 has impacted them. They will be joined by representatives of business and employer organisations and other relevant entities who will answer the questions of young participants regarding measures that have been taken to protect them.

Like other epidemics and economic crises, COVID-19 has a disproportionate impact on certain segments of the population, including young people who already face higher rates of unemployment and underemployment, and are more vulnerable to a falling labour demand.
