On 6-7 November ETF is organising a conference on “Skills and Qualifications: Benefits for People” (please see here for more info: https://europa.eu/!mB93gy).

The first panel session on 6 November will focus on success stories from Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, North Macedonia and Ukraine.
Alastair and I will be moderating it.
We’d like to invite all members of Open Space to submit their questions here in the comments section below to shape our discussion.
The stories will be about:
- George Gamkrelidze from Georgia will present an online Labour Market Information system, and we’ll discuss the benefits it could provide to different users.
- 250 from Belarus will speak about large volume of online data / Big Data and how this information could be used in a real time.
- 241 from Armenia will talk about lifelong career information and guidance. She will introduce the concept of ecosystem to describe skills and employment and we’ll talk about the challenges.
- Inna Osadchuk from Ukraine will talk about how high tech technology (virtual reality) is helping not only to train people, but also to raise the reputation of the blue collar professions in Ukraine.
- 213 from North Macedonia will talk about the challenges schools face in equipping young people with digital skills and will share his opinion about what can be done about it.
