Cove Germany of WIN4SMES – far reaching impact beyond core project work - Collaboration activities with associated partners led to unexpected innovations
The project aim - Workplace innovation for SMEs - means not only supporting innovations in SMEs through collection of best practice, but also innovative approaches for supporting innovation for SMEs, thus the approaches of VET and higher VET.
Among several other topics, covered are the topics training for young entrepreneurs, new recruitment methods and approaches for the attractiveness of VET, new digital teaching and learning methods, women for STEM, AI for knowledge transfer in companies and AI in education and sustainability management.
ITECH Elbinsel from Cove Germany collaborates meanwhile with 10 associated partners on these challenges. On the next evening event at ITECH on 14th April four developments will be presented:
Knowledge transfer in companies with AI from platform3L is a best practice of a WIN4SMES survey. And ITECH exchanges experiences and developments with the company concerning innovative approaches for on-boarding of new colleagues.
The collaboration with the non-profit organization Hacker School concerns training courses for programming, given by our female IT apprentices, for a. o. girls of general schools.
Together with lerngraph.org, colleagues of ITECH are developing the visualization of individualized learning pathways.
Another associated partner – the University of Applied Science Wedel – offers workshops for AI use for our IT specialists. Furthermore, the common development of a training program for aspiring entrepreneurs with AI is in progress. ITECH contributes with its elaborated concept of agile workshop formats.
Beyond that, new project designs have been developed with the partners ITB Bremen, fiap e.V. and the Hanseparlament. And last but not least, WIN4SMES is planned as kind of blueprint for the GreenKo initiative aiming at six new coves in Western Balkans.
Summarizing, the building of ecosystems in terms of Coves has big impact not only on regional but also international developments in education and training.
