ZOPT’s participation at the final EAEA conference

PartnerUp: Establishing Key Partnerships to Improve Adult Education

📙✔✔Based on high performance in the field of adult education and self-assessment through ENESAT, a representative of ZOPT had the honor of being selected by ENE to participate in the European Association for the Education of Adults (EAEA) conference titled "Establishing Partnerships and Engaging Stakeholders to Improve Learning Pathways." This significant event was held on October 9, 2024, at the Pullman Hotel in Brussels, where the ZOPT representative actively participated in all conference sessions, achieving all the set participation goals.
During the conference, our representative had the opportunity to participate in the discussions and exchanges with key stakeholders from the fields of education, politics, and industry. Special attention was given to mapping stakeholders and building collaboration, which was a theme highlighted by speakers such as Ann Branch from the European Commission and Laura Reznikova from the OECD. These topics perfectly aligned with ZOPT's priorities regarding the improvement of vocational training pathways and skills development for adult learners.
A significant outcome of this participation was the establishment of a new partnership with the European Forum for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (EfVET), with which ZOPT will collaborate closely in the future. The exchange of experiences with EfVET, as well as other present partners, further strengthened ZOPT's position as a leader in adult education and the creation of inclusive and innovative methods in vocational education and training in Montenegro.
This event was an important step for ZOPT in improving its network of partners at the European level, and it also contributed to the better implementation of the European skills agenda through the expansion of cooperation and the exchange of good practices with prominent European organizations and institutions.
