I am currently at the EAPRIL Conference in Estonia and learnt about an online platform for teacher trainers: IRIS CONNECT. It is about the use of video for (student) teachers which proves to be very efficient and successful. Student teachers are filming their lessons and reflect upon themselves and receive feedback from peers and coaches.
