ETF Research Cooperation

We at Visionest Institute are thrilled to announce our partnership with the ETF in researching our Export Consultants Training Program!

? The research collaboration will span the current Cycle of the program, extending until April 2024. We are excited about the opportunity to gather insights and data that will contribute to the continuous improvement and refinement of our training approach.

The research team has already been shaped including Milan Stančić, an Associate Professor at the University of Belgrade, and Igor Kudinov, an Associate Professor at Zaporizhzhia National University.
We find it especially valuable that the experts represent various countries, and will collaborate with our international team to transfer expertise and knowledge.

“We are delighted that our program has been selected for research by the ETF, emphasizing its significance and potential impact. In this partnership we hope to leverage the expertise and resources of the ETF, as we work together towards the shared goal of strengthening Ukraine's export capabilities,” Anu-Mall Naarits, CEO of the Visionest Institute commented.

? The Export Consultants Mastery is a comprehensive and practical 9-month training program developed to address the challenges faced by Ukrainian businesses in the export sector.

The Program effectively trains public and private sector export consultants to enhance the export capacity of Ukrainian companies.

Trainees work with existing businesses tackling real-life problems and challenges and work in teams gaining valuable insights and developing the expertise needed to excel as export consultants in the modern world.

With the disruption of supply and value chains, staff relocation, and the shrinkage of the domestic market caused by the war, it has become crucial to equip professionals with the necessary skills.

With Cycle 1 completed in 2020, and Cycle 2 successfully implemented during the full-scale war, this Program experiences a growing demand, resulting in up to 5 applications per seat.

Being already forged by the challenges posed by the russian invasion, we are ready to implement our programs in the most distant locations of the world to solve the most challenging situations.

? Stay tuned for updates and valuable findings from this collaboration as we strive to empower Ukrainian businesses and consultants to thrive in the global export market!
