FORMA.Azione is an accredited VET provider founded in 1997. Since 2002, FORMA.Azione is ISO 9001 Certified, for designing and provision of vocational training and Adult learning services and in April 2026 it has achieved the Gender Equality Certification. It has developed strong relations with local, national and European public authorities, schools and other VET providers, private companies, Trade unions and CSOs, for designing and providing training pathways and integrated projects aimed at Human development and the educational domains. FORMA.Azione works with Public funding at National and EU level, namely from the Ministry of Culture, Social Policies, Family funds, ESF - European Social Fund, EAFRD - European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development, ERASMUS+ Programme, CERV, AMIF – Asylum, Migration, Integration Fund, and Interprofessional funds for workers re-skilling and up-skilling. 

FORMA.Azione's mission is to: 

• create concrete opportunities for the professional and social development of the target groups; 
• improve access to training, in particular for disadvantaged adults, both unemployed and employed, young and elderly people, to support career and individual guidance to encourage self-consciousness in managing careers and active ageing; 
• promote women’s access to and participation in all levels of the labour market also by combating gender stereotypes in vocational training, career development and professions. 

Since 2016, it is an active member of the European Forum of VET (EfVET).
