FORMA.Azione is an accredited VET provider founded in 1997, specialising in the design and delivery of vocational training and adult learning services. Since 2002, the organisation has been ISO 9001 certified, and in April 2026 it achieved Gender Equality Certification. FORMA.Azione has developed strong partnerships with local, national and European public authorities, schools, VET providers, private companies, trade unions and civil society organisations, working together to design and deliver training pathways and integrated projects supporting human development and education. Its activities are supported by a wide range of national and European funding programmes, including the European Social Fund, EAFRD, Erasmus+, CERV, AMIF and Interprofessional Funds for workers' upskilling and reskilling.
FORMA.Azione's mission focuses on creating concrete opportunities for professional and social development, with particular attention to improving access to training for disadvantaged adults, unemployed and employed people, young people and older learners. The organisation supports career and individual guidance, helping people develop greater awareness and autonomy in managing their careers and promoting active ageing. A further priority is women's access to and participation in the labour market, including efforts to challenge gender stereotypes in vocational training, career development and professional choices. Since 2016, FORMA.Azione has also been an active member of the European Forum of Vocational Education and Training (EfVET), strengthening its European cooperation and contribution to the development of VET.
